Midwest Auto Body and Amish were amazing to me during a very stressful time a few months ago when my car was totaled. Amish talked me through the process very thoroughly and helped me to understand the steps in this very arduous process. He clearly knows what he's doing and has a lot of valuable experience and knowledge to share. I highly recommend them!

Spent 6 months waiting for an estimate here, didn't even get a preliminary one. He said he was looking for parts the entire time, hadn't even looked under the hood. If I could only get that time back. I changed shops to Gerber who immediately looked under my hood, ordered parts and scheduled the service within a month.

Amish was so great and told me they would be able to take care of it quickly, and they certainly delivered! If I ever get in a predicament where I need auto body repair I will definitely go back to Midwest Auto Body of Lisle. I set up an appointment to see how to get my car all fixed up and I spoke to Amish who was there to answer everything single question I had. I was able to drop my car off and get it fixed up quickly, which I know is impressive for how slow places are getting good quality parts. Amish does things the right way, he does what's best and my car looks amazing. He explained everything and went above and beyond when dropping off and picking up my car, he stayed there late for me both times! I cannot recommend this place more!! Amish is so beyond helpful!

The owner is a fast talkng dude with empty promises. I was referred to Caliber Collision and they were able to fix my car in a week and it's like new. Go to Caliber Collision if you want great service and work.

Amish was amazing! Made the whole process extremely smooth and painless. From handling all the communication with my insurance company and coordinating with the rental company to making sure my car looked beautiful when finished. I bought 2024 Toyota Corolla with only 849 miles on it. Apparently it had small accident before and I don't believe it was fixed correctly. I called Midwest Auto to take it out there for proper repair. They are very arrogant. He told me they're not interested in what was already fixed by someone else. They mostly work on insurance claims. Even though I live less than half a mile away he didn't even want to give me an appointment to see the car. Debbie BorgeI brought my car into the shop because I picked up some paint on the rear panel on my Honda CRV. I was given a good estimate on having the panel buffed. When I brought the car in for service, they honored the estimate, and completed the work in just 1 hour. When the work was completed, I was given a complete education on how the various built in sensors work with the road and objects around them. Fred WindelerNot sure who wrote the other reviews? It has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Three weeks and still no estimate. Come to find out they stole the name “Widwest Auto Body” from the original one in Downers Grove. The three weeks wasted…….After talking to the insurance company found out that Midwest Auto Body was the one dragging it out. They wanted 40 dollars to write the estimate. Took my car to the real Midwest Auto Body in Downers Grove and the car was done in a week. All work was done according to manufacturer specifications and couldn’t be happier. Buyer beware.
