This is the 3rd time I have had to have my car in for work. He first two were not my fault. All three times Midwest Auto Body of Lisle (Amish) kept me updated as to what was going on with my car, took care of all aspects of insurance, rental car and tow so that everything was less stressful for me. The paint was matched perfectly and the work was amazing! I referred the person I had the accident with to Midwest as well and she took her car there and so far has been pleased. I will always recommend Midwest Auto Body of Lisle (Amish) to anyone who needs to have work done. They are honest, trustworthy and hard working and I love the customer service I receive from a family run shop.

This Business is fully committed to the needs of their (Customers), Clients. The Owner, AMISH, is a very caring and compassionate individual who made Professionalism his top priority. I had an incident with Brodies Auto Body, in Bloomingdale; right off of Lake street. The Owner there, who goes by the name called SKIPS, was very disrespectful and mean to us. Not only did Brodies Auto Body refuse to do an estimate, they were also trying to play games and keep my car in their garage so they could keep charging me. Every effort that was made to find another Body shop in the area was being sabotaged by SKIPS, the Owner of Brodies Auto Body. Ultimately, after almost a week of hassle with Brodies Auto Body, we were introduced to Midwest Auto Body of Lisle. We spoke on the phone with a very courteous and Professional guy named AMISH, who was then able to take the car and ultimately did the work for us ; did our estimate, and obviously, put us out of our miseries. I definitely recommend this place . AMISH is always inclined to go above and beyond to commit to the needs of his clients/Customers.

Amish was exceptionally transparent and honest in our repair search. While Esurance only chooses to work with less-reputable body shops (and takes months to "work" on your claim), Amish did us a solid and suggested alternative shops even though we didn't give him any business. If you have State Farm or any other insurance worth a damn it's worth taking here.

Steer clear of this business. Nothing but lies. I waited over 14 months for parts to come in; they never did. I was told not to call them and only call my insurance company. I took my car to another shop and it is almost done. Don't trust anything they say.I would have put zero stars, but it wouldn't let me.

Subaru parts are made in INDIANA and midwest auto body and amish couldn't get one for me in the last 9 months. Can't get one for me but there are 22 in the country and one at my dealership in north aurora. Can't get him to respond to emails or calls to end any 'order' or claim he made for a door so I can get it fixed with someone else. Can't wait to see how many months it takes to get midwest to get back to my insurance. AMISH IS A SCAMMER

I couldn’t be any happier with this business’s work. After getting into a small wreck late last year, they helped remove a lot of the stress from the situation by completely handling all of my body repairs. Amish thoroughly explained the process behind all the repairs to me, handled communications with my insurer, and kept me aware of the timeline for my repairs. He was always honest, gave me accurate advice, and even helped handle my rental during the repairs.

Most dishonest auto body my family has ever been to. They never actually fixed half of the problems but took the insurance company to the bank. If they don’t pay us back for the extra expense we incurred to actually fix the vehicle I will be reporting them to the appropriate agencies. Avoid this shop.

I have been using this place since 2018. They are honest, and that is so hard to find with body shops. The customer service here is outstanding. Ask for Amish.Dealing with an insurance company and not having your car is already a stressful process, but owner Amish helped explain everything and made the process so much easier to deal with.

Amish was wonderful to work with and kept us in the loop with every step of the process. He was completely honest and transparent, and made us feel like he treated our cars with the exact same care he would treat his own. I can’t recommend him highly enough. We had an unfortunate event with both our cars, but the experience working with Amish was nothing short of delightful, even though there were huge delays with parts (totally not his fault and is the norm everywhere). Amish and his team went above and beyond every step of the way, even cleaning up scratch marks unrelated to the incident for free.I hope to not have to use his service again soon, but if I do I will definitely come here — I will be a lifelong customer— and I will highly recommend this place to ALL my friends and family. Amish is a truly kind and amazing individual who is just as knowledgeable and passionate about superb customer service as he is cars. Thank you Midwest Auto Body of Lisle!

I’ve been coming here for over a decade. After having gone through a few accidents, Amish has helped every time. Dealing with an auto insurance is stressful, but Amish guided me through the process.Father and son run business. They are honest, which is so hard to find in this type of business.I’m speaking from experience: rather than going to a venture capital owned company like Gerber, come here instead. You will get a honest opinion, quality work, and great customer service.

Had to follow up multiple times and didn’t feel like this business wanted to fix my car. First call promised they would call back that day and 3 business days later no call. Sent a follow up email and man on phone in charge of repairs was impatient. I was told I would be called that evening. Two business days have passed and I have not gotten a call back or estimate or any concrete date of when my car can get fixed. Don’t waste your time and take your business else where. This business seems like they do not want to take in any new business

Do not bring your car here! He used to be partnered with the Honda of Lisle dealership, but they no longer work with him due to his untruthful behavior. We were told it would take 8-9 months to get the parts we needed to fix our 2018 Honda CR-V. Went to lisle auto body plaza across the street (who are actually partnered with the dealership) it was done within a week even with Memorial Day. He lied about his partnership and the availability for parts. We were going to have to drive around with duct tape on our bumper until he was able to get the parts, if we had not called another place to check.

THE MOST HONEST SHOP IN ILLINOIS. I recently needed repairs done on my vehicle and needed someone who worked with my car insurance as well as foreign cars. I was lucky enough to try Midwest Auto Body of Lise. The owner, Amish, not only ensured that I got all the best parts for my vehicle but he also fought tooth and nail with my insurance company when insurance tried to low-ball prices and many other poor practices. Amish is a rare person in an industry that doesn't always have the best integrity. He has gone above and beyond for me, working after hours to find the best parts and deal with my insurance. All of which he doesn't get paid to do but is still happy to do it. In his own words he told me "When you treat a customer the way you'd wish to be treated, you make a customer for life". At that is exactly what he's done. I will be recommending all of my family and friends to get service done here and am grateful to have made such a great friend in the auto industry. Give this place a try and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I am so thankful that my car was brought to midwest after being in an accident that turned into a total cluster that I am still dealing with 2 weeks later. Amish was the first honest straightforward person I dealt with and explained every step in detail. I felt so much more confident after speaking with him. Midwest Auto Body of Lisle and the owner, Amish, are the best. After our car accident, Amish guided us through the process of negotiating with the insurance company. He is incredibly honest, and will give you advice on your car and how to deal with the insurance company, even if he makes less money. Great service and prompt communication. Thank you Amish!

The dedication and attention this shop gave was truly appreciated and astonishing. Amish pushed back when the insurance company was not reasonable or attentive and asked me to do the same. In exchange, he drove into Chicago on a Saturday afternoon to get a part for my repair he couldn't get the seller to deliver, got the job done beautifully, and truly showed me the difference in service and quality I get from not going to the big, chain shop. What an exceptional and seamless experience. Getting into an accident and trying to navigate everything that follows is definitely not a fun situation to be in. I am extremely thankful to have found Amish! I was highly impressed with Amish and his team at Midwest Auto Body of Lisle! If you are in need of an auto body shop, I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop. I personally would recommend this shop to my own adult children and closest friends. The service was outstanding, very professional and friendly, throughout the whole process, and the workmanship was nothing shy of excellent! From beginning to end, Amish went above and beyond to make my experience as smooth as possible. He made sure I was well informed every step of the way and even did some work for me that wasn’t necessary. They did high quality work on my car; it looked brand new. Amish worked with my car rental company and it was so easy to pick up and drop off. I would recommend this shop over any other in the area! Midwest Auto Body of Lisle has performed auto body repair for us at least three times on different cars. Each time we have been very satisfied with the work! Our car was in an accident and we took it to Midwest Auto Body of Lisle (one of the body shops on our insurance company list). Even though Amish knew the car most likely would get totaled meaning it was no work for his shop, he was extremely helpful and submitted the estimate of the needed body work to the insurance company. He helped us out with some additional recommendations on rental car, etc. He was helpful and honest and we would highly recommend him to take good care of customers.
